Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue provides life-saving emergency helicopter services, responding 24/7 across the region. Coastguard Tautiaki Moana is New Zealand’s primary maritime search and rescue organisation, powered by volunteers who help thousands of people get home safely every year and provide vital boating education across the country.
