ECOTECH MODULAR (NZ) LTD (“ECOTECH”) is a next generation construction company that is turning traditional building on its head – delivering architectural quality buildings faster and more affordably than ever before. We have extensive expertise in delivery of high-volume affordable residential developments.

Like Henry Ford did a century ago, ECOTECH has re-imagined the manufacturing process. We've taken the mass production technologies you see being used by global manufacturing giants such as Boeing and Toyota and applied it to construction. Traditional tasks such as plumbing, tiling and painting are now performed in our giant all-weather, 35 acre precision factory. No more waiting for the rain to stop or waiting for the plumber to show up.

Componentry is standardised and produced in volume. Repetition leads to economies of scale and the ability to rapidly deliver a quality product at a price that is typically thousands of dollars less than our competitors.

By swapping traditional wood framing for an ultra-strong structural steel chassis, our MULTI-POD modules can do something that is genuinely game changing – they can stack, up to 7 levels.

Modules can be seamlessly combined together into thousands of different (but fully compliant) configurations – from low rise residential buildings to full high-rise developments. Start with one of our layout designs, then customise the mix and layout of modules based on your specific needs, budget and site dimensions.

Each MULTI-POD is a self-contained cell, with all the required structural, acoustic and fire protection systems engineered directly into each module. Without the engineering limitations to worry about, there is almost unlimited scope to customise a layout that works perfectly for your project.
