Hopkinson's Timaru

Hopkinson's Timaru is a locally owned and operated family business started in 1954 and run by Karlyn and Michael Hopkinson from Wai-iti Road, Timaru.

Its shop centres on a large range of fudge, with around twenty flavours — Russian, lemon meringue, crème brûlée, butterscotch salted caramel, goody goody gum drop, pineapple lump, passionfruit, chocolate mint swirl, tiramisu, espresso martini, licorice, maple walnut, choc-orange and Baileys among them — with free freight NZ-wide when five assorted bars are bought. The business also carries a small kitchen range and Sam Toft art prints.
