Rawly Chews is a New Zealand-owned dog treat business started by the owners of two French Bulldogs, Eggzy and Violet, after Eggzy was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy and the family found preservatives such as rosemary extract in treats marketed as healthy.

Its answer was simple, natural, preservative-free treats made from NZ-sourced meat offcuts, which also cuts food waste. The range covers beef pizzle and braided pizzle, pork snout, goat horn, rabbit and hare ears, chicken feet, squid rings, prawn cutlets, dehydrated anchovies, king salmon skin twisters, duck egg dust toppers and smaller training nibbles. Every batch is made fresh in New Zealand and packed in compostable pouches — a good stop for dog owners who want to see and smell before they buy.
